Procedures Where and how to applyOnce the employer's invitation is approved, a person can apply for a residence permit.FeesFee for examination of documents submitted for application: up to 30 days – 100 euros.There is a possibility for a fast-track procedure if you want to receive the permit in shorter period of time.Fees for fast- track –procedure:up to 10 days - 200 euros,up to 5 working days - 400 euros.Documents requiredYou should present these documents:A definite sample form for a residence permit request,a passport,a photography,a criminal report issued by a competent institution of the citizenship or the host country, if a third-country national has resided in that country longer than 12 months - citizens of visa-free countries do not submit this document,a document confirming the necessary subsistence.Duration of validity of permitsThe permit is valid for a period of up to three years, if the transferee is employed in a manager or specialist position.The permit is valid for a period of up to one year, if the transferee is employed in a trainee position.AppealsYou have a right to appeal the decision before the Head of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs within 30 days.
